The Accessible Lat Pulldown is a variation on our Lat Pulldown machine specially designed for wheelchair users.

The Lat Pulldown machine helps to strengthen your back muscles – primarily your lats, but also your upper arms and middle back – while improving posture and core strength. If you have bad posture or suffer from chronic shoulder or back pain, improving your lats' strength can help significantly.

Is the resistance adjustable? Yes, the scale is from 10kg to 100kg (with 2 weight units).
Can beginners use this? Yes, the equipment is suitable for all fitness levels.
Does it require electricity? No, the equipment works with only your own muscle power.
How much maintenance is required? EN16630 standard for "Permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment" requires routine visual and operational inspections, which are carried out monthly and/or yearly. Outside of tightening bolts or cleaning up dirt, the equipment is maintenance-free in normal use.
Can it be installed on existing concrete? Yes, check the details from equipment's installing instructions.
