On the weight unit, there is a small arrow pointing to the weight. If the equipment has two weight units, the total weight you lift is the sum of both units (e.g., 5kg + 25kg = 30kg). The weight units do not need to be on the same weight on both sides.

The equipment comes in five standard colors: yellow (RAL 1017), red (RAL 3020), blue (RAL 5012), green (RAL 6018) and grey (RAL 7024). On additional cost, the equipment can be ordered in any classic RAL color.
